02·Daily work

Enter tests as you run them.

A hydro form with the fields §180.215 actually requires. Expansion math runs live as you type. Every test carries the inspector who signed it, by user, not by initials in a comment cell.

We handle the compliance grunt work. You handle the cylinders.

Records that hold up. Regulations already baked in.

The records

System of record

Hydro, VIP, and eddy current records with the fields §180.215 actually asks for. Every test recorded against the inspector who ran it. Nothing to copy-paste, nothing to lose.

Lineage tracking

Every VIP and hydro for a cylinder in one timeline. Know when the next test is due before the customer calls asking.

Audit-ready in one click

Every hydro record exports as a complete compliance bundle: cylinder specs, test data, calibration chain, equipment provenance, SP revision, and your RIN. PHMSA gets one PDF. The dashboard shows expiring certificates before they bite.

Owners can grant audit-package access to any inspector — no separate auditor role to invite, no shared admin login. Compliance staff pulls their own packets when the inspector calls.

The regulations

We watch the Federal Register so you don't have to.

RIN expiration tracking

Your facility's RIN is checked against PHMSA's database. A 30-day banner before expiration. Red-light if you've already lost approval. No quarterly surprises.

Special Permit revisions

Each test is locked to the SP version in effect when it was run. When a revision lands, we flag affected cylinders so you know what changed and what's now out of spec.

Plus & star mark validation

Plus and star marks extend the requalification interval, but only when the SP rules are met. Requalify knows what each SP requires, checks test data against those rules, and documents the basis for every mark. The documentation nightmare disappears.

Federal Register feed

49 CFR amendments and PHMSA notices in your dashboard, not three months late from a trade publication.
